Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the new logo for Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj on Sunday. The multi-colored logo symbolizes religious and economic prosperity, featuring the Amrit Kalash, a sacred vessel from mythology.
The design includes a temple, a seer, an urn, the Akshayvat tree, and an image of Lord Hanuman, reflecting the confluence of nature and humanity in Sanatan civilization. The logo serves as an inspirational emblem for Mahakumbh 2025 and embodies the continuous flow of self-awareness and public welfare. It also highlights the significance of the event, recognized by UNESCO as an ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.’
Adityanath emphasized that devotees and tourists will witness a “grand form of smart Prayagraj” during the Maha Kumbh. He reviewed ongoing construction projects and directed timely completion without compromising quality.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the people of Prayagraj would replicate their renowned hospitality from Kumbh 2019 for the expected influx of visitors. He visited key religious sites and stressed the importance of providing excellent facilities for everyone.
During his visit, Adityanath met with Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj to discuss preparations for the event. He assured that the state government is making all necessary arrangements to meet the expectations of revered saints and enhance the experience for pilgrims at Mahakumbh 2025.
