As soon as you click the link accompanied with this message, it redirects you to a webpage that will allow you to download this malicious software that will further harm your security and data safety. This will not only affect you but also the people who contact you over WhatsApp. This will further fill your phone with unnecessary advertisements and you will lose control of your phone.

How to keep yourself safe?
First and the most crucial part is that you must never trust any unauthenticated link. Always ensure you look for an authenticated link and only download it. Never update any of your mobile applications from a link, always go for Play Store or such platforms in such cases. Further, Do not forward links or messages to others without authentication/verification. Never share your personal details or financial information like login credentials/ passwords/credit or debit card details and other such information online with anyone, as it can be misused be aware and alert about such attempts of cyber criminals by keeping track of the latest news and updates on activities of cyber fraudsters.
