Both adults and kids love this delight. Those aiming for more protein opt for peanut butter. This velvety delight is highly popular among fitness enthusiasts. Considered the right source of protein and good fat, peanut butter contains aflatoxin. Aflatoxin links to liver cancer and other liver diseases.
Tomato Sauce
It is found that packaged tomato sauces are loaded with Bisphenol A. Bisphenol A (BPA) interferes with the hormone system. A study found that it is linked to increased heart disease, breast cancer, and obesity.
Pickles
Package pickles are easy to use. To give them the color of turmeric and red chili powder, these pickles are loaded with yellow and red dyes. Sodium benzoate, which has been proven to damage mitochondria, an important area of DNA in the power station of cells, fills them.
