Adult women who belong to SC, ST, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin), most-backward classes, Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY), tea and ex-tea garden tribes, forest dwellers, residents of islands and river islands, SECC households (AHL TIN), and poor households as per the 14-point declaration are eligible to receive an LPG connection under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana.
