Manish Sisodia

During the hearing today, ED asked for more time in the court to file its reply.

As legal proceedings unfold, Manish Sisodia's legal team continues to navigate the complexities of the case, while tensions simmer between the defense and the judiciary, underscoring the intricacies inherent in the legal process.

In the Delhi Cabinet headed by Arvind Kejriwal, Raaj Kumar Anand is Patel Nagar MLA and served as Minister of Social Welfare and SC/ST.

The judge extended Mr. Sisodia's judicial remand until April 18 after his appearance in court upon the expiry of his custody.

Sanjay Singh got bail only this week. However, Kejriwal and Kavita have been caught by ED this month.

Before his bail hearing scheduled in a Delhi court, Manish Sisodia, jailed AAP leader, penned a letter. He expressed gratitude to the people of Delhi.

The next hearing of the case will be on March 22 in Rouse Avenue Court.

In the previous hearing, the ED argued against entertaining Sisodia's regular bail application while his curative petition is pending before the top court.

The case revolves around allegations that the AAP government's revised alcohol sales policy facilitated kickbacks from cartels, which were purportedly used to finance electoral expenses in Goa and other states.

These notices are what he has always called "illegal". Kejriwal's argument that the summons he was given was "not in consonance with the law" and should be withdrawn has once again been rejected by the ED.
