Recently, BJP declared Kangana as the Lok Sabha candidate from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh.

Bollywood actress and BJP's Mandi Lok Sabha candidate Kangana Ranaut has said that she was hurt by the post of Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate.

Kangana in her recent media interaction said, "I wish the audiences Happy Holi. I'm fortunate that my birthplace has called me back. If the people of Mandi will elect me, I'll serve them to the best of my abilities."

Following this exchange, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate clarified on X, alleging that someone with access to her social media accounts had posted the offensive content.

For those unfamiliar with the historical context, the Emergency was declared under Article 352 of the Constitution during the tenure of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Upon visiting Hanumangarhi mandir, Kangana Ranaut expressed her gratitude, stating, that she feels blessed.

Ranaut also pleaded with the government to build a facility that would enable pilgrims to see the underwater remnants of the lost city of Dwarka.

It's interesting to note that Kangana is simultaneously preparing for her next film, Emergency. Kangana is slated to play Indira Gandhi in the movie
