Chandrayaan-3

India became the first nation to successfully land a spacecraft close to the south pole of the moon after Russia's failed attempt at a lunar touchdown in the same region due to an engine problem.

Chandrayaan 3's triumph is set to elevate India's standing in international commercial agreements, signifying recognition of its technical prowess and launch capabilities, as expressed by former ISRO chief G Madhavan Nair.

Aditya-L1 will be placed in a highly elliptical orbit for sun's close observation in order to track solar activity.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has treated the world to mesmerizing glimpses of the moon's surface, thanks to the Vikram Lander Imager Camera.

The Moon itself seemed to express satisfaction and approval at the successful landing of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft.

Kamlesh Sharma, hailing from the village of Revatipur in Ghazipur district, and Alok Pandey from Mirzapur district have made their mark as integral members of the Chandrayaan-3 mission team.

The landing event was carried live by ISRO on DD National TV and its website...

Chandrayaan-3 is not a human space mission. Vikram lander has a rover and  Pragyan, and no passengers.

Indian cricket team found themselves fixated on a television set at Dublin's The Village cricket ground. Their eyes were locked on the live..

India will join the US, China, and the former Soviet Union as the fourth nation to perfect the technology of soft-landing on the lunar surface if the mission is a success.
