The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has invited applications for two Member positions in the newly established National Sports Tribunal (NST).

A Search-cum-Selection Committee constituted under the National Sports Governance Act, 2025, will oversee the recruitment process.
The committee will examine applications and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, professional experience, and suitability for the role.
Authorities will invite shortlisted candidates for personal interaction as part of the assessment process.
The committee will then make its final recommendations after considering academic credentials, professional achievements, domain expertise, and performance during the interaction stage.
The establishment of the National Sports Tribunal represents a significant institutional reform in Indian sports administration.
The specialised body will ensure transparent, efficient, and impartial resolution of disputes. It will also promote accountability and professionalism across the sporting ecosystem.
