Of the GIDC works, ₹894 crore projects are in Bharuch and ₹169.3 crore in Valsad.

A key project is the ₹474.61 crore effluent disposal system at the Dahej PCPIR, which builds a 90 million litres per day offshore and onshore pipeline network linking the Saykha Pumping Station to the Dahej landfall point. It includes civil works, electro-mechanical systems and PLC-SCADA monitoring infrastructure, with five years of operation and maintenance.

Officials said the system will enhance effluent treatment capacity in Dahej and Saykha zones, which host over 1,000 units in chemicals, textiles, pharmaceuticals and engineering.
