The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed the final schedule for the upcoming three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The series will take place at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, starting on May 28, 2025.
The organizers initially planned the series to include three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three T20Is.
However, the series underwent a series of changes, first being restructured into five T20Is across Lahore and Faisalabad, before being reduced to just three T20I matches due to logistical adjustments and preparation timelines for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026.
The series will commence on Wednesday, May 28, with the second T20I following on Friday, May 30.
The final match of the series will take place on Sunday, June 1, all at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

All three games will played under lights, offering a thrilling atmosphere for the fans as international white-ball cricket returns to Lahore.
This series marks the beginning of a new chapter for Pakistan cricket. Salman Ali Agha has been appointed captain for the series, while former New Zealand coach Mike Hesson takes charge as the head coach of the national team for his first international assignment with Pakistan.
The Pakistan squad has already announced, featuring a mix of seasoned players and emerging talent eager to make their mark ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup.
For Bangladesh, the T20I series holds significant importance in their preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
The team, led by captain Litton Das, will likely arrive in Lahore on May 25, ahead of their first training session the following day.
The Bangladesh squad is currently playing a T20I series in the UAE, which serves as a warm-up before their tour to Pakistan.
With the reduction of matches and the consolidation of venues, both the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) aim to ensure quality preparation while minimising travel-related fatigue.
The two boards have also emphasised the importance of player workload management in light of a packed international calendar.
As both teams prepare for the series, all eyes will be on Lahore, where the action is likely to unfold in what promises to be an exciting lead-up to the 2026 T20 World Cup.
