Minimum Temperature Drops To 11.4 Degree Celcius With Fog In Parts Of City
Fog wrapped parts of Delhi morning and the minimum temperature was recorded at 11.4 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity at 8:30 am was 100 per cent, according to India Meteorological Department (IMD) data. The maximum temperature is expected to settle around 22 degrees Celsius. It was 22.6 degrees Celsius on Monday. Foggy conditions were observed in parts of the national capital in the morning and the Safdarjung observatory recorded the minimum temperature at 11.4 degrees Celsicius. The air quality index recorded at 9 am stood at 364 ('very poor').

MP Government Will Bring Stringent Law To Check Exam Papers Leak: School Education Minister
The Madhya Pradesh government will introduce a stringent law to ensure that papers of examinations are not leaked, School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh said. The minister was talking to reporters after watching the live broadcast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' programme at Government Subhash Excellence Higher Secondary School in Bhopal. "We are going to introduce a system to prevent leak of (school) examination papers. No one will be able to make question papers available to students. Students need to be alert. We have tightened up the system," Singh said. He said the government is planning to ensure that exam papers reach the designated centres without any leaks.
