Accused Neelam’s Brother Denies Knowledge of Her Whereabouts During Parliament Security Breach

Parliament security breach accused Neelam’s brother Ram Nivas says, “We did not get to meet her. We got clothes for her. On 11th December she had a word with my wife. Everyone has the right to raise their voice and ask for their rights. We had no knowledge about this, we did not even know that she was in Delhi.”
