Bajre ka halwa
Pearl Millet: (Bajra) is estimated to have been domesticated as a food crop around 4000-5000 years ago along the central highlands of the Sahara.
Since then it has found itself being widely distributed in Africa and Asia. It makes perfect sense since Pearl Millet can grow even areas where there is drought , low soil fertility and high temperature.
It contains magnesium, copper, zinc, vitamin E and B-complex. it is also rich in calcium and saturated facts making it a great addition to our regular diet.
