
Senior Advocate N Hariharan has been elected as the new president of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA), securing the highest number of votes in the association’s recent elections.
Election Results For DHCBA
The DHCBA held elections on March 21, and they began counting the votes on March 22. Along with Hariharan’s victory, the association elected Vikram Singh Tanwar as its new secretary.
Hariharan, an alumnus of Campus Law Center, Delhi University, brings over 38 years of experience in the legal profession.
The court appointed him as a senior advocate in 2013.
The association elected Vikram Singh Tanwar, also a graduate of Campus Law Center, to the secretary position.
Experienced Legal Professionals Take Key Roles
Senior advocate Sacchin Puri, another key figure, has secured the role of vice president. Puri holds a degree in political science from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and an LLB from Delhi University.
The DHCBA has appointed Advocate Kanika Singh as its new treasurer.
A Lady Shri Ram College graduate, she also pursued law at Delhi University.
Singh has previously served as a member of the executive committee from 2019 to 2022.
Kunal Malhotra has been elected as the association’s joint secretary.
With these new appointments, the Delhi High Court Bar Association embarks on a new chapter under the leadership of experienced and dynamic legal professionals.
