Ajmer Police have solved a sensational murder case within 24 hours in Rajasthan’s Pisangan police station area, arresting the victim’s wife, her alleged lover, and another accomplice for allegedly conspiring to murder her husband.
According to police, the victim’s brother, Ramesh Rawat, filed a complaint alleging that his younger brother, Mukesh, had been murdered.
Following the complaint, a joint team from Pisangan Police and the District Special Team launched an immediate investigation.
Officers examined the crime scene, questioned witnesses, and collected technical evidence to identify those responsible.
During the investigation, police found that Mukesh’s wife, Vimli, was allegedly involved in a long-standing extramarital relationship with Gopal Rawat, a resident of the same village.
Investigators believe the relationship had triggered frequent disputes between the couple and ultimately became the motive behind the crime.
Police alleged that Vimli, along with her alleged lover Gopal Rawat and another accused, Rajesh, conspired to eliminate Mukesh.
Investigators claim the trio executed the murder as part of a pre-planned conspiracy.
Police have arrested all three accused and are questioning them to establish the full sequence of events.
Investigators are also examining whether anyone else played a role in the alleged conspiracy.
Officials said the swift breakthrough was made possible through coordinated efforts by the Pisangan Police and the District Special Team, supported by forensic examination and technical evidence.
Police added that the investigation remains underway and further details will be revealed as the inquiry progresses.
