PM Modi spoke with those who contributed to the success of the G20 conference. “We are all laborers, and today’s program is about labor unity,” he stated. He continued by saying that whereas before only the West was mentioned while discussing aiding those affected by disasters, India’s work in international crises has persuaded the world of its potential.
PM Modi said, “You must have enjoyed working during this period. If someone had called you at midnight during the G20 summit, you would have never thought that they were bothering me, you would have thought that something must have been missed and the work that should be completed. This feeling is our greatest strength.”
According to PM Modi, it is impossible for us to fully understand our coworkers’ talents during routine office tasks, both vertical and horizontal, are eliminated while working together in the field to form a team. By using the ongoing cleanliness campaign as an example, he provided a thorough explanation of this and requested teamwork among the departments. “This will make the project a celebration rather than a chore,” he said. He said that there is strength in collective spirit.
PM Modi spoke with over 3,000 persons who helped make the G20 meeting in the nation’s capital earlier this month a success. The discussion also included ministers and representatives from several departments, as well as cleaners, drivers, waiters, and other staff from different ministries. PM Modi also planned supper for the same time.
