Train Halted After Passengers Notice Smoke In AC Coach

It was reported that a minor electrical issue occurred in coach

Officials said that the Secunderabad-Agartala Express was detained Tuesday at midday at Odisha’s Brahmapur railway station when passengers reported smoke coming from an air-conditioning unit inside a coach.

Despite the fact that the smoke was quickly extinguished the terrified passengers refused to board the coach for fear of another electrical breakdown. They requested the coach’s replacement.

According to an official, some passengers first saw smoke in the B-5 coach and called an alarm. The majority of the passengers then disembarked and refused to re-board the train.
