New Delhi : On Tuesday, the Aam Aadmi Party stated that they fear Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal may be arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on November 2 following his interrogation in a money laundering case related to the purported excise policy fraud. Additionally, the ruling party in Delhi said that the BJP was attempting to bring its senior leaders to justice in order to bring it all to an end.
According to the sources, Kejriwal has been summoned under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) will document his statement upon his deposition on November 2 at 11 a.m. at the probe agency’s Delhi office.

Kejriwal has never before been called in by the ED. The Central Bureau of Investigation questioned him about the case in April.
Atishi, the cabinet minister for Delhi, stated at a press conference on Tuesday that the BJP was targeting the AAP because it knew it would not be able to defeat Kejriwal in the polls.
“It is said that Kejriwal will be taken into custody on November 2. He would be detained for speaking out against the BJP, not for corruption (charges),” the source stated.
“Both in the MCD and Delhi Assembly polls, the AAP overcame the BJP. Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the AAP, terrifies Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The AAP is too strong for the BJP to win in elections.
Atishi asserted that the arrest of the AAP’s key leaders, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Satyendar Jain, just indicated the BJP’s desire to destroy the AAP.

In connection with a case of money laundering, Satyendar Jain has been given bail.
“The BJP will use the CBI and ED to attack other INDIA alliance leaders and chief ministers following Kejriwal’s detention.
“After failing to overcome Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, they will now go after him. Since they haven’t been able to dismantle the alliance in Bihar, they would next go after Tejashwi Yadav. Then M K Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, and Pinarayi Vijayan, the chief minister of Kerala, would be singled out,” she asserted.
Atishi reaffirmed that AAP leaders will fight to preserve the Constitution till the day they die and that they are not afraid to go to jail.
