Supreme Court Questions Abortion Order In Case Of Fetus With Heartbeat

This decision was made after the government submitted a medical report indicating that the fetus is “viable” and has a strong chance of survival. The court, in response to a government request, expressed the need to hear from the woman involved before making a new decision.
