Taking her twitter handle Mayawati termed this development as “fake, baseless, and wrong”.  She also utilised this opportunity to castigate Samajwadi Party (SP) further. “The Samajwadi Party and its leaders circulating such news through media proves that the condition of the party is very bad in the state. It is also the party that is part of the disgusting politics that has been continuously active against the BSP,” this is exactly what she had written in her twitter handle.

She made it clear that BSP will maintain equidistance with both the NDA and INDIA and will go it alone in the Lok Sabha elections scheduled for next year.

It should be noted that BSP has lost it’s relevance in the national political spectrum due to the poor show the party displayed in the last couple of elections both in Assembly as well as for the Lok Sabha.
