Ranchi Police Summons ED Officials For Interrogation In Hemant Soren Case

Ranchi Police has sent a notice to ED officials for questioning in the case registered by Hemant Soren in ST-SC police station. In ED, Additional Director Kapil Raj, Assistant Director Devvrat Jha, Anupam Kumar, Aman Patel have been summoned by Ranchi Police for questioning by sending a notice under CrPC-41A. Ranchi Police has appointed Inspector Naval Sinha of Gonda police station as the investigation officer in this case.

Notices have also been sent to media organizations of Delhi and Ranchi in this matter. Issuing a notice under CRPC-41A, Ranchi Police has called for questioning. In the notice sent to the journalist of the media organization, he has been asked to appear and provide information.

A few hours before his arrest, Hemant Soren had filed an application at the ST-SC police station of Ranchi and registered an FIR against the ED officers. After which notice was sent to these ED officers. The notice has to be answered by appearing at Gonda police station in Ranchi.
