Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Prime Minister Modi is determined to go for the maximum utilization of water by calling for “per drop more crop”. India is moving towards development under his leadership.

CM Chouhan said that environmental protection is essential for a good future. Keeping this in mind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has kept “One Earth One Family and One Future” topic to mull over in G-20. Progress with nature should be our mantra. Actually, this is the mantra to save the world.

The Chief Minister said that today there is a need for love, not struggle. Adopt the one who is weaker than us. There should not be blind competition. It is unfortunate that only a few people use most of the world’s resources, this earth belongs to all of us. The whole world is one family. Under the G-20 program in Bhopal, the discussion session of the Think 20 meeting will play an important role. Certainly, nectar will emerge from the brainstorming of the intellectuals and thinkers who participate in this program.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan was addressing the inaugural session of the Think-20 meeting under the G-20 program at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center. The Chief Minister and other guests inaugurated the inaugural session of the meeting by lighting the lamp. The two-day meeting focused on mutual cooperation for an eco-friendly lifestyle, ethical values, and global good governance.

Addressing to the gathering at the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Atithi Devo Bhava is a tradition of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is rich in amazing leadership ability. He has elevated the prestige of India. Getting the chairmanship of the G-20 is an achievement of India. In our country, since ancient times, there has been a proud idea that the whole world is like one family. A huge statue of Adi Shankaracharya Acharya Shankar and International Advaita Sansthan is being established in Omkareshwar within Ekatm Dham.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that today the whole world needs to unite. The existence of animals and birds along with humans is also important. Many species of animals are getting extinct. Due to the efforts of Prime Minister Modi, cheetahs have been brought from Namibia and settled in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh was known for the protection of tigers, leopards, vultures, and alligators. Now Madhya Pradesh has also become Cheetah State. The CM also informed the delegates about the unique wildlife wealth of Madhya Pradesh.

CM Chouhan said that Prime Minister Modi is determined to make full use of water by calling for “per drop more crop”. India is moving towards development under his leadership. He has set various goals for the coming years. He has given the mantra of Panchamrit. These mainly include the use of renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions as well as the goals of building a strong economy. In COP-26, he had said that India will achieve the target of net zero emissions by the year 2070.

He said that by the year 2030, India will almost halve the carbon intensity of its economy. Similarly, India’s position in renewable energy is on fourth rank in the world, it will also be improved. The principle of One Earth, One Family, and One Future is important. Our priority is also to progress with nature. The plantation happening in Madhya Pradesh is proof of this. Four and a half lakh water structures have been built through the Jalabhishek Abhiyan.

In the ideological program of the Think 20 meeting of G-20, Suman Berry, Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog, Government of India, said that thinkers from all over the world will present their views on the importance of environment-friendly lifestyles and moral values. NITI Aayog has cooperated in organizing this ideological session in Madhya Pradesh to convey the message of unity, public participation, compassion, harmony, Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and an environment-friendly lifestyle. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is popularizing the idea of One Earth, One Family, and One Future.

T-20 Chair and Manohar Parrikar-IDSA, Director General, New Delhi, Sujon Chinoy said that the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi emphasized cleanliness. Prime Minister Modi has made cleanliness a mass campaign. The decreasing green cover today is a matter of concern. Balance of environment is necessary. This thought-provoking session will bring out the important aspects of the subject.

George Laria, Regional Director for South Asia of the International Children’s Fund (UNICEF), said that new ideas will emerge in the direction of conducting environmental and welfare work with the use of technology. The formula of One Earth and One Family is the process to secure our future.

At the outset, Madhya Pradesh Niti Aayog Vice Chairman, Sachin Chaturvedi said that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took Madhya Pradesh out of the category of sick state and took it forward on the path of development. The model required for all-inclusive development today is possible through an eco-friendly lifestyle. The work of connecting urbanization with society, and celebrating the pride day of villages and towns with the participation of the community is being done in Madhya Pradesh.
