Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday extended greetings to people on the auspicious occasion of Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, highlighting the sacred scripture’s enduring message of harmony, service, truth and compassion.

Amit Shah conveyed his heartfelt wishes through a post on X and said Sri Guru Granth Sahib provides invaluable guidance based on knowledge, truth and righteous principles. CM Yogi Adityanath extended his greetings and best wishes to the Sikh community and residents of Uttar Pradesh. He said Sri Guru Granth Sahib conveys an eternal message of harmony, service, truth and compassion to humanity.

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister urged people to internalise the sacred teachings and contribute to the progress of society and the nation. He further highlighted the importance of these values in strengthening social harmony and collective development.
