PM Modi’s 25 Years In Public Life: BJP Pitches Governance Reset From Policy Paralysis To Execution

The BJP is framing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure as a governance reset, contrasting ‘policy paralysis’ with execution, infrastructure and wider economic ambition.

BJP president Nitin Nabin said the focus on PM Modi’s 25 years in public life is not political longevity, but measurable change.

The party contrasts the pre-Modi era of policy paralysis and ‘Fragile-5’ with execution-led governance, welfare and infrastructure.

For young Indians, the BJP says the sharper shift lies in opportunity.

India’s expanding startup ecosystem, it argues, is moving youth from job seekers to ‘job givers’.

The proposed Seva First – Innovation Challenge will target students, startups, professionals and young innovators.

Youth aspirations now encompass manufacturing, defence production, space technology, digital infrastructure and sports. Khelo India and Fit India seek to broaden participation beyond conventional academic and employment routes.

The BJP argues that welfare has shifted from relief to opportunity through housing, sanitation, food security and social security. It extends this narrative to women through Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, Lakhpati Didi and the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, promoting ‘women-led development’.

The month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, beginning September 17, will communicate this governance narrative alongside PM Modi’s 25-year public-service milestone. Its central message, however, is that young Indians should build opportunities, not merely await them.
