Addressing the gathering, PM Modi emphasized the importance of adhering to parliamentary rules and maintaining exemplary conduct on the House floor.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi underscored the need for thorough verification before granting access to individuals seeking close contact with MPs.
He cautioned against making unnecessary statements to the media, urging MPs to prioritize their constituencies and come to Parliament well-prepared.
Several prominent NDA leaders, including Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, and others, actively participated in the session.
This marked the first Parliamentary Board meeting of the NDA following PM Modi’s recent electoral victory.
PM Modi is to respond to the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address in the Lok Sabha later on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, BJP MPs have strongly protested Rahul Gandhi’s remarks, with Union Home Minister Amit Shah calling for an apology from the Congress leader.
The meeting highlights PM Modi’s proactive stance in steering NDA MPs towards disciplined parliamentary conduct and focused constituency service amidst ongoing legislative sessions.
