PM Modi To Launch India AI Impact Expo 2026 This Monday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam on Monday, according to an official statement from the Prime Minister’s Office.

The Expo will run from February 16 to 20, alongside the India AI Impact Summit, at the same venue in New Delhi.

Organisers have designed the event on a vast scale. They have spread it across 10 arenas covering more than 70,000 square metres.

The platform will assemble global technology corporations, emerging startups, academic institutions, research bodies, Union Ministries, state governments and international collaborators.

The programme will also feature 13 country pavilions to showcase global partnerships in artificial intelligence.

Participating nations include Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and several African countries.

These pavilions will highlight cross-border cooperation in AI development and deployment.

The organisers will host more than 300 curated exhibition zones and live demonstrations.

They have structured these displays under three thematic pillars: People, Planet and Progress.

Over 600 high-potential startups will participate. Many of them are building scalable solutions designed for large populations and international markets.

These enterprises will present technologies already functioning in real-world environments.

The government expects the Expo to attract more than 2.5 lakh visitors, including overseas delegates.

Officials aim to use the gathering to strengthen global alliances and unlock new commercial opportunities within the expanding AI ecosystem.

The event will also conduct more than 500 sessions featuring over 3,250 speakers and panellists.

These discussions will examine AI’s transformative influence across sectors. Participants will deliberate on practical measures to ensure that artificial intelligence benefits citizens worldwide.

The Prime Minister’s Office stated that the Expo will act as a national showcase of AI in operation.

It will connect public policy with implementation, innovation with scale, and advanced technology with everyday life.
