“Modi Ji Is A True Democrat…” Says Arjun Modhwadia Applauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi

In this video, while sharing his past experience, he has described Narendra Modi as a true democrat. Let us tell you that in March this year, Arjun Modhwadia had left Congress and joined BJP.

In a video viral on social media, Arjun Modhwadia said that one aspect of Narendra Modi’s leadership is that he is a true democrat. Even his opponents admit that he not only gives importance to everyone’s opinion but also makes sincere efforts to fulfill it. Arjun Modhwadia said that when I was the leader of opposition, I used to put forward my stand and mostly Modi ji used to try to accommodate my stand. At that time, Modi ji used to tell me that when you speak on behalf of the opposition, our government notes it down and implements whatever is worth implementing in it.

He immediately agreed to my proposal

Narrating an old anecdote, Arjun Modhwadia told that when he was the leader of the opposition, a new terminal building was built at the airport in Porbandar. It was going to be inaugurated by the then Aviation Minister Praful Patel. Modi sir was presiding over that program. I was the MLA there. Arjun Modhwadia further told that I had participated in that program in the capacity of opposition. During this time, I presented a proposal to Prafulla Patel regarding the length of the runway. I said that a big plane can land here, so its length should be increased from 1300 to 2600. Prafull Patel said that Modi ji should give us land, we will do it. At the same time Modi ji publicly said that we will give you land. You expand it.

Modi ji is big hearted

Further, Arjun Modhwadia told that regarding this he immediately informed the Collector about sending the proposal. He further said that after 2012, I was no longer an MLA and Modi ji became the Prime Minister after that. After this it was sidelined. He said that the land which was to be given to the airport was given to the Coast Guard. Modhwadia further said that I thought that Coast Guard comes in Defense Services. Gujarat government does not have the capacity to stop it, only the PM can do that. After this I told Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani that Modiji has already said this publicly. He told PM Sahib that you have made a promise, then PM Sahib said that yes, I had announced it publicly. Then he said that this land should be given to the airport by any means. Despite being in opposition, Modiji did this work with my message, so Modiji is very big hearted.
