Considering this, the MRM has decided that just as the Friday prayers are offered collectively, after the Fajr (dawn) prayers on Fridays, there will be gatherings focused on physical fitness exercises. These fitness sessions will also serve as a platform for citizens to come together, discuss national issues, and contribute to collective welfare. The forum believes that just as individuals pray daily or worship according to their religious beliefs, everyone should exercise daily at home or in parks as per their convenience. And one day a week, specifically on Friday, they should come together in the morning for collective exercises and the singing of the national anthem.
