Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the 128th episode of his monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’, celebrated India’s accomplishments throughout November, describing them as ‘belonging to the nation and countrymen’.

He said the month had brought numerous inspirations that showcased India’s growing capabilities and cultural pride.

Cultural Milestones Celebrated

PM Modi recalled several significant events held during the month. On November 26, a special programme took place at Parliament’s Central Hall to mark the beginning of nationwide celebrations for the 150th anniversary of ‘Vande Mataram’.

He described the event as a moment of great national pride.

A day earlier, on November 25, the Dharma Dhwaja was ceremoniously hoisted at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, marking a key spiritual moment for millions.

On the same day in Kurukshetra’s Jyotisar, authorities inaugurated the Panchajanya memorial, further reinforcing India’s rich civilisational legacy.

Progress in Aviation and Defence

The Prime Minister highlighted several achievements in modern infrastructure and national security.

He praised the inauguration of the world’s largest Leap Engine MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) facility in Hyderabad, calling it a significant step forward for India’s aviation sector.

He also referred to the induction of INS Mahe into the Indian Navy and the launch of Skyroot’s Infinity Campus, noting that such initiatives reflect India’s ‘new thinking, innovation, and youth power’.

PM Modi announced that India has achieved a major agricultural milestone. The country produced a record 357 million tonnes of food grain this year, marking an increase of 100 million tonnes compared to a decade ago.

He credited farmers, scientists, and policymakers for their collective effort in strengthening India’s food security.

The Prime Minister also celebrated the nation’s growing stature in international sports.

He said India’s flag is ‘flying high’ across global arenas, noting with pride the recent announcement that India will host the Commonwealth Games.

Reflecting on the month’s achievements, PM Modi said they showcase the determination and unity of the Indian people.

“These accomplishments belong to the nation, to the countrymen,” he emphasised.

He added that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ serves as a platform to highlight such collective efforts and inspire citizens to contribute to nation-building.

He concluded with a message of resilience, “If there is determination in the heart, faith in collective strength, and the courage to fall and rise again, then success is assured even in difficult times.”
