Initially, Maha Kumbh 2025, taking place in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, project to attract 40 crore devotees and generate Rs 2 lakh crore in trade. However, the overwhelming enthusiasm from across the country has pushed the visitor count to an estimated 60 crore, resulting in a revised trade impact exceeding Rs 3 lakh crore.
