He further stated, “We honor the Father of the Nation and all our freedom fighters. Today, we renew our commitment to the principles for which they made the ultimate sacrifice.”

In a separate announcement, Speaker Birla conveyed condolences for the passing of former MPs Iqbal Ahmed Saradgi, Squadron Leader Kamal Choudhary, and Ramesh Rathore.

Meanwhile, the House observed a moment of silence to honor these departed leaders, alongside tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and the freedom fighters.
