Eight people suspended from Lok Sabha over Security Breach Incident in Parliament
New Delhi: Due to the significant security lapse that took place within the Parliament on Wednesday, when two intruders leaped from the visitor’s gallery, at least eight people of the Lok Sabha have been suspended. The eight employees suspended were Rampal, Arvind, Vir Das, Ganesh, Anil, Pradeep, Vimitt, and Narendra.
The Security Breach that got eight people suspended
On Wednesday, the two intruders burst into the Lok Sabha chambers, setting off two canisters that released a yellow haze, and one of them hopped over tables to make his way towards the Speaker’s chair. Two more detonated smoke bombs with similar red and yellow colors outside the parliament while yelling anti-dictatorial slogans.
The four, Sagar Sharma, D Manoranjan, Neelam Azad, and Amol Shinde, have been taken into custody. They have been charged under sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), an anti-terror law. Vicky Sharma’s Gurgoan house was the lodging for all three suspects, including Lalit Jha, who allegedly took recordings of Neelam and Shinde using the canisters outside Parliament before making off with their phones.

When pandemonium broke out in the Lok Sabha, a number of MPs surrounded the intruders. At least four MPs could be seen striking one of the burglars repeatedly in a video. While others hit him, one of the leaders dragged him by the hair.
According to police, the four individuals were from different states and had met multiple times throughout the previous 18 months in order to plot the breach. On a social media page called “Bhagat Singh Fan Club,” the four of them had become friends.
On the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament terror assault, there was a significant security breach.
