The Kumbh Conclave will take place in Prayagraj from October 25 to 27, showcasing the Yogi government’s commitment to reviving the Kumbh dialogue tradition.
Focus on Development and Cultural Promotion
The third Kumbh Conclave aims to build on the Yogi government’s successful Kumbh of 2019. It will promote the upcoming Maha Kumbh 2025 both domestically and internationally. The event will feature discussions on entrepreneurship development, art and culture, religious site promotion, and new tourism opportunities.
Kumbh is not merely a religious event; it symbolizes the confluence of India’s spiritual, cultural, social, and ideological diversities. UNESCO has recognized it as an ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.’
Distinguished Guests and Expert Discussions
The event will occur at the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and is organized by its Innovation and Incubation Hub and the India Think Council. Uttar Pradesh’s Tourism Department will also participate. Dr. Saurabh, Director of the India Think Council, stated there will be over ten technical sessions featuring scholars from India and abroad.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to attend. Other notable speakers include former President M. Venkaiah Naidu, Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, and Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.
A roundtable conference will be organized at 25 major locations to discuss the Kumbh’s grandeur and significance. This initiative aims to gather constructive suggestions from various experts. The Kumbh Conclave seeks to revive ancient dialogue traditions, testing the existing systems of religion, society, and administration through thoughtful discussions. It will cover topics such as Akhara, Ashram, Artificial Intelligence, food security, and temple economy over the three days.
