CM Shinde Urges Caution As Emergency Agencies Mobilize

The situation was exemplified by a viral video featuring Minister of Relief and Rehabilitation Anil Patil and NCP legislator Amol Mitkari navigating a waterlogged railway track, underscoring the widespread transport woes.
