FIR Against Nine People Including Rebel SP MLA Pooja Pal

An FIR has been lodged against nine people including Chail MLA Pooja Pal on charges of illegal occupation of land, threats and other charges.

Prayagraj: An FIR has been lodged  against nine people including Chail MLA Pooja Pal on charges of illegal occupation of land, threats and other charges. This case has been registered on the orders of the court.

The plaintiff Umesh Singh, who deals in property, has alleged that his land was occupied illegally.  He was threatened when he protested Umesh Gulteria is a resident of Civil Lines Apartment. He alleges that he is the owner of Arazi number-465 situated in Mauja Shaha alias Pipalgaon. He had got the stones sterilized by getting the government measurement done. Chak Marg is in the east-west and north of his land and Arazi number-466 is in the south.

It is alleged that Rahul Pal and his sister Pooja Pal, resident of Umarpur Niwan, bought the adjacent land and did illegal plotting under the supervision of Shrikant Pal. After getting the sale deed done from Rahul Pal etc., Reena Pandey, wife of Ashok Kumar Pandey, Gyan Singh, uprooted the sterilized stone and forcibly occupied his Arazi and tried to get construction done. On this, he complained in Samadhan Diwas and Dhoomanganj Police Station.

It is alleged that as no action was taken against the above persons other buyers namely Kesarwani, Mohit Pathak, Omprakash and Buddhmati Tiwari wife of Shiv Vishal Tiwari also forcibly occupied his land and chak marg and started construction. On complaint of this the police and revenue officials stopped the construction on the orders of sub-district magistrate, but no action was taken against the above persons. The plaintiff alleges that the above persons have illegally occupied his land and chak marg by buying and selling more land than their share. In the meantime when Airport police station was formed the jurisdiction of the incident spot was acquired by Airport police station.

On the other hand, the accused forcibly made a path through his land and installed an electricity pole and started using electricity illegally. Despite complaining to the airport police station and officers, when no action was taken, he appealed to the court. It is also alleged that the accused, angry with the complaint, are ready to fight and are constantly threatening to face dire consequences.
