The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to begin a three-day high-level training camp on Saturday in Pachmarhi, a scenic hill station in Madhya Pradesh.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will likely inaugurate the event, delivering the opening address at 3:00 PM.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will bring the programme to a close with the concluding speech on 16 June.
Set against the verdant backdrop of the Satpura hills, the sessions will take place at the Glen View Hotel, under a specially-erected dome structure.
A total of 201 senior BJP leaders, including all Members of Parliament, state legislators, Union Ministers, and national-level office-bearers, are likely to participate.
The gathering aims to sharpen political strategy, deepen ideological understanding, and enhance skills in governance and communication.
The BJP views this initiative as a critical step in strengthening its organisational preparedness ahead of key state elections and the 2029 general election.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and state BJP President VD Sharma will remain present throughout the duration of the camp, which will consist of carefully structured sessions combining theory and practical tactics.
“The camp will explore the BJP’s evolution from the Jan Sangh days to becoming the world’s largest political party. Sessions will focus on party discipline, public engagement, digital outreach, and constituency management,” noted VD Sharma.
The programme will feature contributions from prominent party leaders, including BL Santhosh, Shiv Prakash, CR Patil, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Savitri Thakur, L Murugan, and Vinod Tawde.
The training program is, however, designed to synchronise the party cadre with the national vision, strengthen internal cohesion, and equip them to tackle grassroots challenges with greater effectiveness.
