BJP Leader Kangana Ranaut Alleges Assault By CISF Constable In Chandigarh Airport, Cites Political Motives

BJP leader and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, reportedly ‘slapped’ by a CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport, now alleges a sinister motive behind the altercation.

She claimed that the constable waited to cross her and, in “Khalistani style,” quietly approached from behind and struck her face.

Brief Overview:

On Friday, taking to her Instagram stories, Ranaut shared a tweet penned by former Indian Army Officer Gaurav Arya, amplifying the conjecture surrounding the incident.

Arya’s tweet, which garnered significant attention, conjectured that CISF Constable Kulwinder Kaur, responsible for the alleged assault, might face severe repercussions including potential job loss.

Furthermore, the tweet speculated on Kaur’s supposed political aspirations, drawing parallels to past instances where familial connections or physical resemblance purportedly influenced electoral outcomes.

In her commentary accompanying the shared tweet, Ranaut endorsed the speculative narrative, asserting that Kaur strategically positioned herself to strike the actress-politician.

Ranaut’s narrative contended that Kaur, in a silent and covert manner akin to alleged Khalistani tactics, ambushed her from behind without any verbal confrontation.

Recounting the encounter, Kangana, who currently serves as the BJP Member of Parliament from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, revealed that the altercation unfolded as she was en route to Delhi.

She further disclosed her attempt to confront Kaur regarding the assault, only to be met with evasion as Kaur redirected her attention towards the media cameras present, insinuating a calculated bid for public attention amidst the ongoing political discourse surrounding the farmers’ protests and their subsequent repeal.

Subsequently, Ranaut drew parallels between her ordeal and the infamous assassination of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1984, juxtaposing an image depicting the event alongside her commentary.

She evoked the memory of the tragic incident to underscore her narrative of purported political machinations and implied threat.
