Accused of misbehaving with Swati Maliwal, seen with Kejriwal at Lucknow airport

Bibhav Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Personal Assistant (PA), was sighted on Thursday at Lucknow airport with Kejriwal and senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh

Lucknow : Bibhav Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Personal Assistant (PA), was sighted on Thursday at Lucknow airport with Kejriwal and senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh. As a photo of Kumar with Kejriwal and Sanjay Singh went popular on social media, the BJP accused the Delhi Chief Minister of shielding him.
“72 hours – There is no FIR against Bibhav Kumar; instead, Kejriwal is defending him! He is roaming around with him. The attack on Swati Maliwal was clearly orchestrated by Kejriwal himself, BJP spokesman Shehzad Poonawalla commented on ‘X’. The BJP representative accused the AAP of being an “anti-women anarchist party,” and said that Maliwal was under pressure to keep silent.
Sheesh Mahal is Apradh Mahal, and just like Draupadi cheerharan, a woman Rajya Sabha MP was subjected to brutality and assault. She is now under pressure to remain silent or amend her testimony, as evidenced by remarks from AAP members Naveen Jaihind and Nitin Tyagi, which is why she has not approached police yet. “The true face of the AAP is an anti-women anarchist party,” the BJP leader stated.
Earlier this week, the Delhi Chief Minister’s personal assistant reportedly misbehaved with Maliwal at the CM’s house. While Maliwal has not publicly addressed the incident, she did make a PCR call to the police but did not file a FIR. The AAP admitted that Kumar misbehaved with Maliwal and promised to take strong action against him.
Contrary to the AAP’s assurances, Kumar appears to have followed Kejriwal and Singh to Lucknow for the electoral campaign. They also held a joint news conference with Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav. During the press conference, the topic of Maliwal’s assault was raised, but Kejriwal remained mum. Instead, Sanjay Singh, an AAP Rajya Sabha MP, addressed the question.
Singh stated that politics should not be used to address Swati Maliwal’s attack and questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silence on the Prajwal Revanna case. Although Prajwal Revanna had raped thousands of women, PM Modi was campaigning for him. During a demonstration at Jantar Mantar, DCW leader Swati Maliwal was physically assaulted by police but PM Modi stayed mute. AAP is our family and has issued a clear declaration. The BJP and PM Modi should address the concerns I outlined. Singh cautioned against politicizing Swati Maliwal’s situation
