He remarked, “In the current environment, the importance of both books and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is immense. Books contain a deep reservoir of knowledge, while technology is crucial for progress. Life would be incomplete without books; they teach us what is right and wrong.”
During his address, Rai also discussed the rising influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in society. He pointed out, “AI has become increasingly important today. It can learn and process information instantly, making it both beneficial and potentially dangerous for society.” His words sparked a reflection on the balance between technology and traditional sources of knowledge like books.
Rai also touched on global economic developments, comparing the economic progress of major nations like the United States, India, and China. His insights into the economic trajectories of these countries provided a broader context to the ongoing discussions at the festival.
As the Pune Lit Fest continues, discussions on literature, technology, and global issues are expected to inspire thoughtful conversations among attendees.
