Atul Subhas, a 34-year-old man, took his own life on December 9. He left behind a 90-minute video and a 40-page suicide note, accusing his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family of harassment. Subhas claimed they demanded Rs 3 crore for a divorce settlement. He ended his life in his apartment, leaving behind chilling details and final wishes.

Shocking Allegations and Last Wishes in Suicide Note

In his note, Subhas expressed his anger and frustration. He wrote, “If the court decides that the corrupt judge and my wife and other harassers are not guilty, then pour my ashes into some gutter outside the court.” He also requested that his case be made public to expose the flaws in the legal system. His note addressed his 2-year-old child, urging them to fight against societal corruption. He wished for his ashes to be immersed in a river according to family tradition.

Legal Action and Custody Requests from Suicide Note

Subhas feared his case would be manipulated. He requested that his suicide note and video be treated as evidence. He demanded the cases be held in Bengaluru, not Uttar Pradesh, to ensure fairness. Subhas also wanted his parents to have custody of his child, believing they could raise the child with better values.

The note continued with calls for justice, warning that false cases and harassment would continue if not addressed. Subhas insisted that his wife should not be allowed to withdraw any cases unless she admits to filing false ones.

In his final message, Subhas tagged CEO Elon Musk and US President-elect Donald Trump on X, urging them to act against “woke ideologies” and restore freedom of speech in India. He called it a “legal genocide of men” happening in the country.
