Amid China Tension Begins Indian Combat Air Patrols Over Arunachal

​Now keeping the Indian defense in sight, India commences its Combat Air Patrols over Arunachal border area amidst China tension.

China Tension: This week two to three times Indian fighter jets had to be scrambled in order to to prevent Chinese violations over Arunachal Pradesh, as per the sources.

China Tension: With the detection by the Air Force, an enhanced Chinese air activity is sighted across Line of Actual Control in Arunachal Pradesh.This compelled India to opt for the defensive measures in time.

China Tension: A launch of active combat patrols over Arunachal Pradesh by the Indian Air Force after detecting a suspicious “enhanced Chinese air activity”, as per the sources. In case of an immediate thwart action provoked by China, Indian Air Force Fighter jets have been scrambling two to three times lately.

Military sources confirm a launch of air patrolling by the IAF following the incidents of spotting Chinese jets flying close to the Arunachal Pradesh LAC. This defense measure comes after and Indian and Chinese troops clash at the LAC three days ago at Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh on December 9.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh amidst heavy opposition protests in parliament, revealed about the two sides’ clashes last week. Rajnath Singh told there was a physical scuffle between Indian and Chinese soldiers where Indian soldiers “compelled the Chinese soldiers to go back to their posts”. The “firm and resolute manner”, action by Indian soldiers did push back the Chinese army men.

The Defense Minister said that Chinese troops “tried to transgress the Line of Actual Control in Tawang, Yangts changing the status quo unilaterally.” “Nevertheless, with a timely intervention Indian military commanders forced the Chinese soldiers to return to their original locations.”

Now after a long gap, the two sides clashes are seen erupting since the incidents at Eastern Ladakh last time. The clashes broke out in Galwan valley in June 2020, was the worst of these, where twenty Indian soldiers died for the country and more than forty Chinese soldiers were killed leaving many injured.
