India-Bangladesh: Following a 2-1 defeat against Bangladesh in one-day internationals, India will look to mount a comeback in a two-match Test series beginning on Wednesday.
The series’ final Test match will begin on December 22 at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur. India received a major setback ahead of the series as skipper Rohit Sharma got ruled out of the first Test due to a finger injury.
KL Rahul will lead the visitors in the first Test in Chattogram. As a replacement for Rohit, opening batter Abhimanyu Easwaran was named to the Test squad.
