Amar Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, And Sukhdev Statues Would Be Erected In Bhopal, Says CM Shivraj

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended the commemoration of the martyrdom of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, and Paramveer Chakra awardees Vivek Batra and Manoj Pandey at Ravindra Bhavan.

According to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the sacrifice of the immortal martyrs who contributed to the country’s freedom will never be forgotten. Today is a day to remember the revolutionaries who gave everything for the sake of the country.

Many immortal martyrs sacrificed everything to liberate India, including Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Veerangana Laxmibai, Chandrashekhar Azad, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Tantya Mama, Bhima Nayak, and Ramprasad Bismil. The Chief Minister stated that today is also the birthday of the immortal martyr Hemu Kalani, to whom he paid tribute.

Chief Minister Chouhan stated that freedom is a fundamental human right. On this day in 1931, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev were hanged. He wished for India’s independence. He was filled with the spirit and passion of patriotism. The British executed him too soon. Even from the gallows, they wanted to proclaim Inquilab Zindabad.

The statues of immortal martyr revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev will be installed in Bhopal, according to Chief Minister Chouhan. Manuabhan Tekri has been chosen for this position. The story of his sacrifice will be taught in textbooks from the first to twelfth grades so that future generations can be inspired by him and work with patriotism. According to Chief Minister Chouhan, the state government organized this programme to honor the three revolutionaries.

Chief Minister Chouhan began by paying floral tributes to the immortal martyrs. He welcomed the martyrs’ families and honored them with mementos, quince, and clothing. Kiranjit Sandhu, a descendant of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, stated that today marks the 92nd martyrdom anniversary of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev. Bhagat Singh left a legacy. His forefathers also fought against the British. Bhagat Singh established the Naujawan Bharat Sabha. While fighting with the British, he took many revolutionary steps. He went on a 114-day hunger strike in order to give rights to freedom fighters. Girdharilal Batra, the brother of martyr Captain Vikram Batra, who received the Paramveer Chakra, also spoke out. Shabdyogi Manoj Muntashir Shukla and his musical team gave patriotic performances.
