Delhi Police misbehaves with Manish Sisodia.
A video showing the imprisoned former Deputy Chief Minister being presented in court by Arvind Kejriwal and other Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders as evidence was used to accuse the Delhi Police of mistreating Manish Sisodia.
Police officers misbehave with Manish Sisodia
Reporters question Manish Sisodia on the current dispute between the AAP government in Delhi and the Centre about who oversees officers when he is in a Delhi court and is surrounded by numerous police officers.
He was questioned by a reporter over the centre’s ordinance, or special order, which disregarded a decision by the Supreme Court that handed the Delhi government power over services.
“Modi Ji has grown incredibly haughty. He doesn’t support democracy. As a police officer, AK Singh was seen attempting to shove the reporters’ phones away, Mr. Sisodia made the statement.

Atishi said:
“Is it acceptable for the police to treat Manish Ji in this way? Has someone in authority requested this of the police? (sic)” Arvind Kejriwal tweeted about the video, sharing a post by the education minister, Atishi.

“Shocking misbehaviour by this policeman with Manish ji in Rouse Avenue Court. Delhi police should suspend him immediately,” Atishi wrote.
In a tweet, the Delhi Police denied misbehaving with Mr Sisodia, calling it false propaganda.
