The Capital Witnesses A Unique Art Exhibition

Be it the expression of thoughts or an opinion on the issues transpiring in the society and the country and the world, painting is a very powerful medium to convey your point of view to the people and influence them. Nevertheless,  when it takes a shape, then every message related to it gets imprinted forever in the mind of every special-o-man who sees the painting.

A similar painting exhibition was organized at the Indo French Cultural Center in New Delhi. The exhibition was jointly organized by Well Done Art Academy and Maharaja Academy of Fine Art and Craft. The uniqueness about this exhibition is that all the paintings included in it, have been made by the children. Each painting is special in itself, which contains hundreds of expressions inside the paintings.

This painting exhibition is being organized for the last 11 years. Former Union Minister and former BJP President Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Ambassador Deepak Bohra and Dr. Jitendra Nagpal inaugurated this art exhibition by lighting the lamp.

Murli Manohar Joshi was greatly influenced by the children’s painting. He appreciated each and every painting and noticed the expressions conveyed by the children on the canvas.

In the Art program, 125 children were also honored for their paintings with distribution of trophies to them. The children were also very delighted with the appreciation of their art is getting.

The commendable painting of Saadyaant Kaushal, a student of DPS (East of Kailash, Delhi) has been appreciated a lot by the gathering present at the occasion and to the delight of Kaushal, the painting also sold for Rs 1.5 lakh.

These paintings prove that if the skills of these children are further sharpened, then they can make their own identity not only in the country but across the world too.
