The actress is constantly active on Instagram, sharing both photographs and videos to interact with her followers and delight them. Zareen has appeared in a number of films throughout the years, including Wajah Tum Ho, Housefull 2, Ready, Veerappan, Aksar 2, and 1921, among others. Her most recent film was Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele, and she also appeared in the 2022 music video for Eid Ho Jayegi. The actress is currently being treated at a hospital for dengue fever.

Concern among the populace has been raised by the sudden increase in dengue cases. Recently, Zareen Khan was also diagnosed with dengue and brought to the hospital. The actress is sick with a high fever and severe physical aches and is gradually getting better. The actress updated her followers on her health via her Instagram account. She posted a picture of an actress receiving IV fluids in a hospital. She did not expose her face and added the hashtag “#LifeUpdate” to the caption of her Instagram story.

On Wednesday, August 16, Zareen posted a picture of a glass full of juice on her story. She added the hashtag “#RecoveryMode” to her post.

Recently, Zareen Khan participated in Reddit’s Ask Me Anything forum and said that, as an outsider, she found it difficult to break into the film industry. She also admitted that “people working on the basis of friendship rather than talent” is the one aspect of the Bollywood industry she despises the most. Zareen responded, “No, you are mistaken. I don’t really have a lot of connections in the industry, and I also don’t really know how to do small talks,” she said when asked if having connections would have made her job easier.
