The Diljit Dosanjh-starrer ‘Satluj’ has been taken down from the OTT platform ZEE5, only days after its release.

The OTT platform announced on Instagram that while they have decided to pause the drama in India, they continue to fully support the film.

According to the platform, the decision was made in response to the current developments.

The Platform shared gratitude to the audience, stating, “The response to Satluj since its release has been truly overwhelming. We are deeply grateful to every viewer who chose to subscribe, watch and champion the film. Your love and support have meant a great deal to us and to everyone who brought this story to life.”

ZEE5 has shown strong support for Satluj and the creative vision behind the film. The platform believes that powerful stories can inspire people, stand the test of time, and truly make a difference.

The Platform also said it is fully committed to supporting real, meaningful stories that connect with audiences and leave a lasting impact.

Due to recent events, Zee5 OTT has made Satluj unavailable in India until further notice. The platform is working through the proper channels to bring the film back to audiences as soon as possible.

Zee5 also highlighted its ongoing commitment to supporting creators and meaningful, honest storytelling.

Earlier known as ‘Punjab 95’, the film spent a long time dealing with censorship issues before it was finally released online.
