Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon has shared her experience of reuniting with longtime friends and co-stars Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty in ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. She said working on the film felt more like a joyful reunion than a movie shoot.
Raveena said most cast members were longtime friends, making the shoot feel relaxed, enjoyable, and filled with laughter throughout.
“It felt like a fun get-together with old friends, and somewhere along the way, we made a good film,” Raveena said.
Raveena also praised director Ahmed Khan for smoothly managing the film’s large ensemble cast and keeping everything organised throughout the shoot.
The newest YRF production, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, is the latest chapter in the popular ‘Welcome’ franchise. The film features an impressive cast, including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Farida Jalal, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav and several other actors.
Earlier, Raveena also spoke about how she, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Disha Patani cared for a stray puppy during filming. The puppy later became part of her family, making the experience even more memorable.
Raveena shares a long professional journey with both Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty. She appeared alongside Akshay in popular films such as ‘Mohra’, ‘Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi’, ‘Barood’, and ‘Police Force: An Inside Story’. She also worked with Suniel in films including ‘Dilwale’, ‘Vinashak’, ‘Rakshak’, and ‘Aakrosh’.
Released on June 22, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has received a positive response from both critics and audiences, with many praising its humour, star-studded cast, and entertaining performances.
