Salman Khan
Salman Khan is accompanied by Anil Kapoor, Mahesh Bhatt, Sourav Ganguly, Shatrughan Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Kolkata International Film Festival’s opening ceremony. At the festival’s official opening, Mamata Banerjee escorted the Tiger 3 star and other performers to the stage. Salman and other participants lit a lantern on stage to begin the celebration and raised their hands. A salaam was also shouted from the stage for him.
Salman looked stunning in all black. On stage, commemorative trophies were given to each of the celebrities. Actor Dev Adhikari from Bengal met Salman with a warm reception. The premiere of this year’s trademark movie came next.
To everyone’s amazement, Mamata Banerjee unexpectedly joined Salman Khan and company on stage to dance to the music from the film she conceptualized this year. It is voiced by Arijit Singh. In a video, Salman, Mahesh Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Sonakshi, and Shatrughan Sinha were seen grooving alongside Mamata. By their side, Sourav Ganguly could be seen clapping.

At the event, the CM also sang Rabindranath Tagore’s Banglar Mati, Banglar Jol.
“Hello, my favorite Mr. Salman Khan, welcome to Kolkata,” Sourav Ganguly remarked at the gathering. It just so happens that this is where I first met him in person. This is the first time I have ever met him in person after all these years, and when I first saw him, I said that it was too bad we had never met.
