Fighter targets Rs.150 crore
Since its premiere in theaters last week, “Fighter,” starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, has had an incredible run. The movie’s box office receipts saw a sharp decline on Monday, January 29, which is to be expected on a weekday. However, Fighter is currently headed towards the Rs. 150 crore milestone in India. Based on trade rumors, the aerial actioner is expected to achieve this milestone in a matter of days.
On January 25, Siddharth Anand’s film “Fighter” was released in theaters. Both reviewers and viewers have responded well to the movie. From the moment it opened in theaters, the Hrithik Roshan film has been shattering records at the box office. Monday, January 29, saw a sharp decline in ticket sales for the movie. It made about Rs 8 crore on January 29 but earned Rs 29 crore on Sunday, January 28. It makes sense that there would be a significant decline during the weekdays; it remains to be seen if the movie will gain steam on the weekends.
The five-day total tally of ‘Fighter’ now stands at 126.50 crore net in India. ‘Fighter’ recorded an occupancy of 12.70 percent on January 29. Have a look at the trailer of this box office banger.
The film “Fighter,” directed by Siddharth Anand, is based on a narrative he and Ramon Chibb co-wrote. The primary roles in the first episode of the aerial actioner go to Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor.
The movie, which was co-produced by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures, makes allusions to the 2019 border conflicts between India and Pakistan, the 2019 Balakot airstrike, and the 2019 Pulwama assault.
